Frequently Asked

Questions

Your questions, answered

What is a Faraday Pouch?
A Faraday pouch is a signal-blocking case designed to prevent wireless signals from reaching your device. It helps block signals such as mobile networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and RFID, protecting your devices from tracking, hacking, and signal theft.
What devices can be placed inside?
Our Faraday Pouches can securely store a range of everyday devices, including:
* Car key fobs / keyless entry remotes
* Smartphones
* Credit cards with RFID chips
* Small electronic accessories

That said, our pouches are specifically engineered to provide a secure resting place for your vehicle keys.
How do our pouches work?
Our Faraday Pouches are lined with advanced conductive shielding materials that create a protective barrier around the contents inside.
This barrier blocks electromagnetic signals from entering or leaving the pouch, preventing wireless communication between your key fob and external scanners or relay devices.
In simple terms: if your keys are inside, thieves can’t copy or relay their signal.
Is the pouch waterproof?
Our Faraday Pouches are water-resistant and can withstand minor splashes and light exposure to moisture.
However, they are not fully waterproof, so we do not recommend submerging them in water.
What are our pouches made of?
Our pouches are crafted from premium high-precision PU leather with a sleek carbon-fibre textured finish for a luxury aesthetic.
Inside, each pouch features advanced signal-blocking Faraday shielding technology for reliable RFID and wireless signal protection.
How do I know it’s working?
Simply place your key inside the pouch, seal it fully, and attempt to unlock/start your vehicle while standing nearby.
If the pouch is closed correctly, your vehicle should not respond.
